Stress sucks your energy: Stop and Withdraw!

Let not unnecessary stress and worry eat up your energies. Often you think way too ahead of times, creating virtual situations and wondering what best could be done. In the process you don’t realize but you build up expectations and worries. If the things divulge from what you thought and your expectations are not met, resultant you panic and get anxious. Similarly while building expectations you keep weaving a net of ifs and buts and soon find yourself entangled in that net of worries.

Yes! Planning is good and we all must have some vision, but stop your horses from running wild. Think to a limit, do your best, take advice, review them and take a decision. You have enough brains and strength to work out stuff in case of emergencies according to the situation, as and when they appear.

And whenever you find yourself drifting away from the real world and sinking into a pool of worries, immediately withdraw your thoughts and divert them. Because stress sucks your energy, big time!
