International Women’s Day and Indian festival of colors fall
on the same day this year. Quite incidental but so true, that women are like
colors in life. Not only in India, but across the globe women signify beauty
and color in our lives.
She with her affection, care, attention, talent, love,
intellect, charm, determination and confidence…make the world go round. She is
a pillar of strength and an epitome of sacrifice. She knows her roles, works
tirelessly to cheer all around her and knows how to strike a balance in life.
So, while we celebrate Holi with her, from this year onwards,
let’s be respectful to her. Let’s not take advantage of this festival to tease
and molest her, and rather stop being a hooligan.
Let’s fill our hearts with respect and pay homage to all the
vibrant women in our lives and celebrate the colors in her…
