Lovers of weekends, start loving your weekdays too!

Getting up early on a Monday morning, stepping out of the bed, struggling to pull apart your eyelids that are glued to each other because of deep sleep. Trying to balance the weight on your feet and taking those baby steps to give your laziness a water splash. Getting ready to head to work, thinking about the traffic jam and a heap of tasks that will hit you today, along with a series of meetings and deadlines. 

Don’t you sometimes wonder, couldn’t life be a little simpler and laid back?But what you don’t realize is that because you have work to do, you are not getting bored, not feeling aimless and useless. Too much lazing is harmful for the brain, the busier it is the better. It is a Monday that dares to begin your week with lots of activities, so that you can enjoy the weekend for resting and chilling and then again utilize all your gathered energy for another coming week. So be glad for the work you do and challenges you have, because you have a reason to wait for a weekend and get back to work on every weekday.

A walk on the grass…


When was the last time you took a walk on the natural green carpet and let it caress your feet and rejuvenate you? Can’t recall…then go take a walk in the grass…

Walk on it and let the dew soothe your feet, let it relax you. Greenery is good for the eyes and for the soul too. You don’t need to make much effort and nor it is going to be a rigorous activity. Let the tender grass tickle you feet. Go take a comforting stroll that will shove off your laziness.

Break the bad trend


Always looking for someone else to make a start is outdated. Fun is in breaking the bad the trend and redefining it.
It is a sorry sight to see people doing wrong despite all knowledge and education.
  • Littering around instead of throwing waste in the garbage.
  • Misbehaving with women, children and elderly.
  • Breaking queues
  • Jumping traffic signals
  • Honking like a maniac
  • Overtaking from wrong side
  • Not thanking people for help and services

These are just a few, if you’ll notice around there are many such unappreciative habits doing the trend. Our urbane lifestyles have made us too mechanical and arrogant, so much that we’ve forgotten being humane. We wait for others to begin doing right things or rectifying the wrong, but it seems we’ve forgotten the renowned saying of Gandhi ‘be the change you want to see in the world’.
