Shed that lazy load…


A week with a holy HOLIday in between just makes it perfect to adjust the change in weather. A day's off makes working days easy and much-awaited weekends, interesting. Biting winds of winter are now rising in temperature, but are not too warm, just right. Load of woolens is already making us feel lighter, but all the accumulated fat from stuffing in buttered-paranthas, halwa, panjeeri and ladoos still needs a lot of fat burning exercise. And since it is Friday…you have good two days to begin your exercise regime. 

Stop being lazy. The quilts have bid you adieu. Spring is here. Sun is also out early and so must you, step out and embrace the beauty of nature and few days of pleasant weather. Soon the scorching heat will prick you bad, converting you into an instant roasted meat in seconds. So, why not enjoy this blooming time to bring out a healthier you. 

Wake up early. Pull out you comfy pair of walking clothes, grab your sport shoes, put on some good music to pump you up and get going for a brisk walk or jog. Enjoy the sight of fresh lot of bloom; hear the sweet songs of birds. Pass a smile to your fellow walkers and joggers around. And get shedding that lazy load, which you piled up in winters. Sweat it out in the name of your new crush, sweat it out to give the girl/boy next door a competition, sweat it out for all the stress in your life, or sweat it out to fit into your pair of favorite new pants you bought last summers. Do whatever it takes to bring back the joy of staying fit and your days will be energetic and more positive.

So remember, this weekend it is time to take the load off!
